Refund Policy

Refund Process

All approved refunds will be added to the customer’s Host Leave account credit. This credit can be used for future purchases or service renewals within our platform.

Refunds will not be transferred to bank accounts, cards, wallets, or original payment methods.

Refund requests must be submitted through a support ticket within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Once approved, the credit will be added to your Host Leave account within 24–72 hours.

Note: All refunds are issued as Host Leave account credit only.
