Prohibited Content on Our Servers (No Refund Applicable)

All shared hosting plans are strictly for website hosting purposes only. Hosting of downloadable files, streaming platforms, bot services, or illegal content is not allowed. Any website found violating these rules will be suspended immediately without prior notice and without refund.

Providing free hosting (for reseller users)
Spam, threats, or abuse-related websites
Phishing or scam websites
Fraud or clone websites (Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, etc.)
Bulk email marketing
IRC scripts or bots
Proxy, VPN, or anonymizer scripts
Pirated software or warez content
Image/file hosting scripts (e.g. Photobucket, Tinypic)
Adult or pornographic content

Services

Host Leave provides web hosting services including Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated Servers. Service features and pricing may be updated at any time.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activities performed under your account. Reseller users are fully responsible for their clients’ actions.

Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:

Sending spam or unsolicited emails
Hosting illegal or copyrighted content
Hacking, exploitation, or unauthorized access
Activities that harm server stability or other users

Payment and Billing

All services are prepaid and billed according to the selected plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any approved refunds are issued as Host Leave account credit only and can be used for future services. No cash or bank refunds are provided.

Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your services at any time via the client area. Previously paid fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Termination by Host Leave

Host Leave reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if these terms are violated or if activities threaten server security or stability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
